Situated on the A40, Crickhowell is 6 miles West of the market town of Abergavenny, also known as the ‘Gateway to Wales’. The town lies closely to the River Usk, renowned for riverside walks and wildlife. Nearby, the well-known Sugar Loaf mountain, and showcases stunning scenery and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Savona is just a stones-throw from the picturesque and sought-after high street that is bursting with a true sense of community- the local shops take pride in supplying fresh produce, outdoor clothing and household goods. There is an excellent choice of pubs, restaurants and take-away to choose from, including a superb butcher who supplies many of the local eateries, should you prefer to dine at home. This property is very welcoming and as you enter a generous hallway, you will enter a light and airy lounge on your left with comfortable sofas, there’s a TV/DVD and a selection of DVD’s for everyone to enjoy.
From the hallway, head through to the dining area, which is perfect for entertaining, and into the kitchen, which is spacious and equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
